Code, content, and designs generated for you are yours. Paid tiers include full export. We claim no ownership over your ideas, your apps, or your business.
We give you a head start, not a guarantee. We build your app, your ads, and your plan — but we can't promise your business will succeed. That part takes your work. AI-generated output can contain mistakes; review what you publish.
Don't use our products for anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, or harmful. Don't resell access to the platform itself. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time — you keep access through the paid period and everything you built. Promo codes are one per customer and can't be stacked. Pay-per-video purchases are per render and non-refundable once rendering starts.
We don't copy. Our AI writes original content and will decline requests to reproduce copyrighted material. You promise that anything you ask us to build respects other people's rights too.
We provide the service as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, Bobbie Digital LLC isn't liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or downtime beyond refunding what you paid for the affected period.
